TV Location!
今日はテレビのロケにちょっと参加させていただきました。そこは私にとって天国のようなレストランでした。大阪の谷町六丁目にある「釜戸ダイニング〜縁〜」というレストランです。建物は今から１２０年前に作られたそうです。江戸時代に戻った感じがします。ご飯は本当の昔のような釜で作っています〜ガスではなくて木を使っています（桜かナラの木、写真はナラの木です）。入ったとたんにめちゃくちゃいい香りがします！今日はロケだけでしたので、お料理を味わうことはできませんでしたが、今度食べに行きます！

Today I was a guest on a TV show and we shot on location at an incredible restaurant called "En". The building is 120 years old. It feels like entering the Edo period of Japan. They make rice the traditional way, on a wood-burning stove in big metal pots. The wood they burn is either cherry tree wood or nara tree wood. The smell of the burning wood is just heaven. I would love to live in a place like this!
