Hikohachi Rakugo Festival!
土曜日と日曜日は上方落語界のファーン感謝祭でした。彦八祭といいます。うちの師匠のお店のテーマは「カナダジンがお店にやってきた」。私はお客様にワン・ポイント・英会話・レッスンを教えていました。とてもたのしかったです。
一番面白い質問は「熱射病は英語でなんといいますか？」確かに暑かったです！
This weekend was the Hikohachi Festival at the Ikutama Shrine in Osaka. Almost every Osaka Rakugo Storyteller was there! It's always a great time and so many Rakugo fans come out to get autographs and offer support to their favourite storytellers. But every year it is so hot, and this year was the hottest ever!
My job was to give fans who wished a short English lesson on a topic of their choice. The most fitting question of the weekend was, "How do you say nesshabyou in English." The answer: Heat Exhaustion!
